How long until the business runs without me?

It depends on where you start, but most owners feel real relief within the first 90 days as the first systems go live. Full handover of all three pillars typically takes a few months of focused work.

Do you just consult, or do you actually build it?

We build it — and you choose how much you take on yourself. We offer several tiers: "Done with you", where we build the systems together with you and your team, or "Done for you", where we handle the implementation for you. Either way, you end up with a working system, not a document.
